These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MintedTint website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services Description
MintedTint provides professional residential window tinting installation services throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Services include consultation, measurement, film selection guidance, professional installation, and post-installation support as described in your service agreement.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
All quotes are estimates based on information available at quotation time. Final pricing may be adjusted based on: (a) actual on-site window measurements; (b) window accessibility and condition; (c) removal of existing film if required; (d) additional services requested. Written quotes are valid for thirty (30) days. A deposit may be required to schedule installation. Balance is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks incur a $35 fee. Past due accounts may be subject to collection.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Installation appointments require 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice may result in forfeiture of deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Warranty
MintedTint provides a lifetime warranty on ceramic and premium window films against: bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination, and color fading under normal use. Warranty excludes: damage from abrasive cleaning materials; damage from window repairs or alterations; impact damage, scratches, or abuse; film on windows with pre-existing seal failures; normal exterior wear. Warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners with proof of original installation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If not satisfied for any reason, contact us within thirty (30) days of installation. We will, at our sole discretion: (a) re-perform the installation; (b) replace the film; or (c) remove the film and refund the purchase price. This guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction with film characteristics demonstrated prior to installation.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTEDTINT'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MINTEDTINT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
7. Assumption of Risk
Customer acknowledges window film installation involves inherent risks including: potential thermal stress breakage on certain window types; temporary moisture or haze during curing (typically 30 days); slight visual distortion inherent to film products. MintedTint will advise of known risks prior to installation.
8. Property Access
Customer agrees to provide clear access to all windows to be filmed and is responsible for removing window treatments, furniture, and personal items from work areas. MintedTint is not responsible for damage to items not removed.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, graphics, logos, and images is MintedTint property protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MintedTint, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Massachusetts courts. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
12. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and any written quote constitute the entire agreement.
MintedTint ("Company," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

Personal Information: Information you voluntarily provide including: name, email address, phone number, mailing/property address, and project details.
